“How to Reduce or Eliminate Cellulite
with Nutrition”
This may sound unrealistic, but you can reduce or eliminate your
cellulite through nutrition. How? By how you eat. If you look at your diet, you
probably eat about the same 10 foods throughout the
week. We are all
creatures of habit. We
usually eat the same cereal for breakfast. The same snacks and a lot of
times the same type of foods for dinner and
supper.
This type of eating leads to food allergies. When you suffer from food
allergies, your body can suffer from leaky gut syndrome and gut
permeability issues.
These issues can lead to some foods getting through the intestinal
lining and into the blood stream.
Once the food particles are in the blood stream they can create an
allergic response in the capillary beds (this is where the arteries
turn into the veins).
If you have food allergies, the capillary beds become permeable and
leak too much fluid into the surrounding tissue. This creates a boggy/cellulite
type look in the skin.
Where do you find cellulite:
·
inner, upper and back of thighs
·
upper back below the shoulders
·
ankles
·
inside and back of upper arms
·
buttocks
·
lower back
·
hips
·
stomach
To help correct this problem, you need to go
on a rotation diet. A
rotation diet helps to reduce the toxic overload in your body and
reduce the chances of you forming allergies to certain
foods. Many good
rotation diet strategies can be found on the internet, but most
boil down to the following:
Eat a food from a
different food group (meat, starch, and vegetables each
day). For instance,
for protein you could rotate between poultry on day one, beef on
day two, lamb on day three, and pork on day four. The same applies to the fruits
and vegetables that you should be rotating as well.
I hope this helps. Keep up the good work, and stay
motivated on your path to success. Again, the key to losing weight
and keeping it off is to continually read something each day about
weight loss and health.
Next time we’ll discuss how you can burn
up to 9 times more body fat by training differently.
