“Why the Food in Your Cupboards Affects
Your Weight Loss”
You are what you eat and what you keep in your
house.
Chances are that if you keep any sort of junk food for the
kids, candy, or any other sweets in the house; you’ll be
unsuccessful with your weight loss goals.
If you want to make weight loss and keeping it off a life time
habit, you’ll need to change how you eat. You’ll need support from your
family as well. In the
end, they will thank you for changing their habits as
well.
If you need the occasional snack, go out to eat it at Dairy
Queen. Do not go out
and buy a gallon of ice cream for your house. This will establish the habit of
eating sweets again (which is usually done at night) and bring the
weight gain back on.
Follow this rule and you will be greatly pleased.
Next time we’ll go over how to set up a simple weight lifting
routine that has been shown to burn more fat in less
time.
