"Eat More Food to Lose Weight"

 

 

Does this make sense?  Yes, research has shown that people who increase there food intake with good healthy foods:  lean protein meats like chicken, omega 3 eggs, fish, and lean beef can increase their metabolism by 400 calories per day!

 

This research has been performed in numerous studies demonstrating how people who do caloric restriction diets will regain their weight back and even more when they resume their normal diets. Hence, YO-YO diets.

 

This is why it is critical that you modify what and when you eat instead of caloric restriction.  I have seen too many people fail on their diets due to this blunder. 

 

IMPLEMENTATION:  Work on exchanging any carb foods and unhealthy foods with good lean proteins, veggies, and fruit.
