I recommend the following tips to help you out:

 

  1. Journal what you eat each day.  This will allow you to see what has worked and what has not in the past.
  2. Journal your workouts.  It’s as simple as keeping track of when you work out, what you did, and how you felt afterwards.  This is critical for future reference as it will allow you to go back to what worked in the past.
  3. Read books that inspire you and keep you on task.  I would recommend reading at least one book a month on nutrition and one on understanding your health.  I will be compiling a recommended reading list on our site soon.
