FAT LOSS
TIP 3/20
“If you
fail to plan, you might as well plan on
failing.”
I’ve heard this quote many
times over, but it rings true for anything in life—especially
dieting.
You need to plan out your meals
and when you are going to eat them if you are to succeed in losing
weight. If you can
handle this paradigm change, you will succeed. Here it is:
“EAT SIX MEALS PER DAY WITH
THREE TO FOUR HOURS BETWEEN MEALS.”
Now these do not have to be
full course meals.
Three of them (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) should cover the
basics (protein, veggie, and healthy carb). How much in each of those
meals. Your portion
size should be about the size of your fist.
The other three meals (or
snacks) can consist of fruit and a handful of almonds or even a
protein shake if you do not have the time.
Schedule meals as
if they were appointments with
yourself
, because that’s what they really are when you think about
it. And remember to
plan them out in advance like the night before. If you can handle it, plan them
out a whole week in advance on Sunday.
Stay tuned….next time we’ll discuss
how you can burn 70% of your fat by exercising a certain time
of the day.
