FAT LOSS
TIP 4/20
“How to
Burn up to 70% more of Your Calories from Your Fat
Stores.”
You can burn up to 70% more of
your fat stores by changing the time of the day you
exercise. If you
exercise after work or at the end of the day, you are burning most
of your calories from the carbohydrates that you have ingested
throughout the day.
Instead, workout in the morning
and you will burn most of your calories from your fat
stores. Why? During
the night your body burns the leftover carbohydrates in your
bloodstream and the stores in your liver. So by the time you wake up in the
morning, it has started to tap into your fat reserves to burn
calories.
IMPLEMENTATION:
Wake up ½ hour earlier in the morning to do some form of
exercise: weight
lifting, walking, aerobics. Do this on an empty
stomach. I
personally wake up a ½ hour before I exercise in the morning
and drink 32 oz of water and take 5 grams of
glutamine. This
helps to keep your body hydrated for the workout and the
glutamine helps to preserve the muscle that you have already
built and it increases the natural growth hormone in your
body.
Keep up the good
work. Next time
we’ll discuss “What supplement you should take to reduce body
fat stores and reduce inflammation in your body.” Hint: It’s not a
stimulant/appetite suppressant, which can be harmful and
unnatural for the body.
