“How To Strengthen Your Shoulder with Theraband Exercises”

 

 

 

Exercising with a theraband is an inexpensive way to increase the endurance and strength in your rotator cuff.  Please do not attempt these exercises until you have been evaluated by a chiropractor who specializes in shoulders or an orthopedic surgeon.  You do not want to start exercises to early if you are still in pain.  This is only a guide to those who already have healthy shoulders and want to keep them healthy through doing these exercises.
