SHOULDER PAIN TIP 5
“How To Reduce Postural Stress On Your
Shoulder”
Poor posture plays a big role in causing most shoulder pain
issues. By
correcting your faulty posture, you can mostly eliminate the
chance of reoccurring shoulder problems. Unfortunately, most people
cannot avoid poor posture due to their jobs. If you sit at work at a desk
all day or if you work in a factory in assembly, you know you
cannot do much to change your posture. So this is what you need to
do. For every half
hour of sitting or standing over a counter/desk you need to
take one minute to re-correct your posture. You can do this through an
exercise called “Bruggers Posture”.
Brugger's
posture also helps to counter-act "upper crossed
syndrome". This syndrome afflicts almost anyone who
works at a desk or in a factory line where they are in the
same position all day long.

Bruggers posture comes from a neurologist over in Europe who
developed a number of key postural exercises to help correct
this problem.
